Pastry chef Gianni, having worked in Michelin star awarded restaurant, decided to pursue his passion and opened his own homemade ice cream & pastry shop specialized in artisan-crafting of tasty gourmet ice creams and sweets. Everything is prepared from scratch with superior natural ingredients: milk, cream, Valrhona chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, and seasonal fruits.
