There are also 80 types of cheese and over 45 different olive oils, so each guest can find something for themselves. Of course, wine also plays an important role - 170 wine labels, each of which can be drunk in glasses. The idea is to combine the best of Japanese and Mediterranean flavors, but also stick to this concept. Therefore, it is not planned to go wide, but to maintain the quality.
