A little more than two years ago, Silvija Trbara, launched the production of cakes that were available only by ordering online. Now she has opened the patisserie Fine Torte - a small paradise for those who love sweets.
Each cake is a story for itself, all of them are made with love and care, and each one requires special preparation with a careful selection of quality ingredients.
"Just some of the cakes are my author's work, often some ideas come to me by themselves so I combine them until I can achieve what I want them to taste. For many cakes I get recipes from friends, I find them in magazines, in books or in the Internet, but I´m always customizing them with a piece of myself in order to make them even better" - explains the owner Silvija and with a laugh mentions that she is constantly changing, adding and taking away something new in the cakes.

The Interior decoration is neat and clean but not sterile! It includes handmade tables, sofa, and cabinet, renovated chairs and footstool from Esplanade Hotel, and walls decorated with prints by Mirjam Vukelic. Each table in this charming patisserie is adorned with a vase of fresh flowers!
All these details contribute to made guests feel extremely comfortable, and Fine Torte definitely succeeds in that, because they receive just compliments and a positive experience.
