War Photo Limited Museum is an exhibition center of war and conflict photojournalism situated inside Dubrovnik’s historic old city.
First of all, the museum spreads over 2 floors the 350m2 (3800 sq ft) displays photographic exhibits by world-renowned photojournalists covering recent and ongoing regional and global conflicts.
Their permanent collection of images from the breakup of the former Yugoslavia is
always on display on the 2nd floor. These iconic images taken by some of the most renowned photojournalists of the time, cover the wars in Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Kosovo. Multi-media videos also complement this collection.
Every year they have a different feature exhibition on the 1st floor.
It is the intent of War Photo Limited to educate the public in the field of war photography, to expose the myth of war and the intoxication of war, and also to let people see war as it is, raw, venal, and frightening, by focusing on how war inflicts injustices on innocents and combatants alike.
Furthermore, War Photo Limited sees itself as an educational medium. It will make itself available to Schools, Universities, as well as other educational organizations.
Also, they have no political agenda. However, they exhibit works they deem appropriate to the specific area of War and Conflict Photography, works that at times may be disturbing to some.
In the end, they are a gathering point of modern-day war and conflict photography.

May through September: every day 10:00-22:00 (last admission 21:00)
November through March: closed
A single ticket costs 10€, with a student ID 6€. A 10+ (group ticket) costs 7€.
